Program Outcomes
- Documented professional outdoor experience in things like backpacking, climbing, biking, mountaineering, fly fishing, environmental education, camping, horseback riding, cross-country skiing.
- Networking opportunities through outdoor job panels and visits to likeminded organizations
- WFA and CPR Certification (Elevate Program*)
- Greater self-confidence, self- awareness, and a sense of purpose.
- Time management skills
- Resume building (Discover Program*)
- Serve Safe Certification (Discover Program*)
- First Aid/CPR
- Financial Peace University Course (Discover Program*)
- Extend work agreement at YMCA of the Rockies or apply for a full-time position.
Mental Health awareness workshops, environmental sustainability workshops, Financial Peace University 9-week course, horseback riding, and opportunity to participate in all YMCA of the Rockies activities.
