Program Locations


Typical Itinerary

IYRS programs are full-time and are held Monday through Friday from 8:30-5. Programs range from just 6-20 months, allowing you to enter the next step in your personal journey quickly. Whether you are a career changer or upskiller, a recent high school graduate, or a US veteran, our programs will train you with valuable and in-demand skills you'll use to launch or enhance your career.


Program Outcomes

  • IYRS was recently named one of the Best Maker Schools in the world by Newsweek and is nationally accredited by ACCSC and the Rhode Island Board of Governors.
  • Students prepare for and take valuable ABYC, NMEA, and Yamaha certifications as part of the Marine Systems program.
