Come learn about Contemplative Semester, a three-month immersion in Buddhist wisdom, intentional community, and meditation practice for 18-25 year olds in the beautiful foothills of Vermont’s Green Mountains. In this 1 hour of practice and conversation, co-founder and teacher, Jessica Morey, and movement teacher, Catherine Khang Banson, will share about the program’s inspiration and purpose to offer a refuge for young adults.
